Life in Vietnam | A Day at the Hospital Taking Care of a Family Member

At 31, after leaving a stable job to pursue my dream of starting a business, only to eventually fail, I now find myself having to start over from almost nothing. In this video, I want to share a very ordinary day in my life in Vietnam. My day begins with a trip to the hospital to take care of my mother-in-law. While I’m there, I’ll also introduce you to a long-established hospital known for its care of elderly patients. From the hospital rooms and medical costs after insurance coverage, to the little moments and stories while waiting, the experience gave me a different perspective on life. After leaving the hospital, I stop by my old high school and sit down at a familiar café, remembering the years I spent there. Then I head home and make myself a simple, budget-friendly lunch with glass noodles, sausages, and an egg. In the afternoon, my wife and I travel back to the countryside to visit her grandfather, who is now 97 years old. What seems like an ordinary day ends up making me think a lot about failure, family, aging, and the things that truly matter in life. Sometimes, we fail and have to start over. Because except for life and death, perhaps everything else is just a small matter. This is one ordinary day in my life in Vietnam.
