How to make Concrete Cover blocks 50 kg Cement 100 kg washed M sand or Coarse River Sand 50 kg stone chips under 6 mm 18 to 19 ltr water ( if all raw material dry) 400 mL Hard&Shine SCC admixture for Precast Step 1 Take 15 ltr water and Mix 400 mL Hard&Shine SCC admixture and Pour this water into Pan Mixer Step 2 Put 50 kg stone Chips and 100 kg Washed M sand or River sand into Pan Mixer and run the mixer for 1 minut. Step 3 Put 50 kg cement into Pan mixer and Run the Mixer for 3 minute. Step 4 Use remaining 3 to 4 ltr water for desired workability, use only that much of remaining water which is required for Desired workability and flow. Step 5 Fill this concrete in Coverblock moulds and vibrate atleast 3 minutes for better compaction and than keep the moulds in a plain surface and cover the moulds with Tarpaulin. Step 6 Demold the casted cover blocks after 18 to 20 hours. And keep the in Shade area not in Direct sunlight for 3 days and than dispatch to customers.
