iRacing Special Event - Suzuka 1000km - Phoenix Racing #80

Phoenix Racing #80 (Grant Miller, Jake Muttitt and new driver David Johnston) Suzuka 1000km (3hr) event on iRacing. 16:30 - Phoenix Racing Broadcast Starts 17:00 - 3 minute Open Practice. 17:05 - 2 Laps / 8 minutes Lone Qualifying. 17:10 - 🏁Race - 6 hours (approx). 23:50 - Stream Ends For this race series, all cars are running on open setup meaning each driver can adjust various settings such as brakes, steering, suspension and aero balance so no two cars will be setup the same based on driver preference. As this is a shared team car, all drivers have to use the same setup with only minor adjustments permitted during pitstops, namely front and rear anti-roll bars and rear wing angle....plus the normal in car adjustments for brake bias, ABS and TC. GT3's are based on the current 2026 lineup and have open setups+fixed gear stacks, traction control and ABS. All cars are permitted to use the full 100% fuel tank capacity. Drive thru penalties are based on 22x incident points and teams are disqualified if they reach 32x. There are no fast repairs, so all damage that needs to be fixed during the pitstops will come with a time penalty depending on severity of the damage needing repaired.
