🌺 Shadow Flower effect!!🌺 BLOOMING MARVELLOUS!

Hey Party People! Im going to start by applying two coats of serious black, i'm popping a little Icy Blizzard on my pallet ready for the next step, then we will do a thin layer of blooming gel but don't cure it yet! then we will pick up a little of our Icy Blizzard popping it down and then pulling to get petal shapes and giving the gel chance to bloom, Boom! get it in the lamp! now ill take the Serious Black and just go between those petals to help define that edge and cure that, next up we are going to do a coat of the beautiful beautiful matte top coat and cure that, let pop a little Acrygel in the center and then use the Urban Graffiti top coat to define the flower, to finish up we will pop a couple of crystals in the center and cure!
