'Red flags in the air everywhere': California AG Rob Bonta on Paramount-Warner Bros. merger

While the Paramount-Warner Bros merger has been approved by the DOJ, California Attorney General Rob Bonta is still investigating. “We have to be concerned,” says Bonta.
