Gathering Belongings from the Summer Pastures: A Tale of Nomadic Life

Gathering Belongings from the Summer Pastures: A Tale of Nomadic Life Nomadic life is a story of movement between the plains and the mountains—a tale of blessed days and memories that never fade. Today, the grandmother’s family has set off for the cooler highland region to retrieve belongings left behind from their previous migration and bring them back home—a place where they have spent many springs and summers, and where every single moment evokes sweet memories, daily labors, and a life lived in the heart of nature. Even in the absence of the children, the grandmother does not rest; with her characteristic perseverance and kindness, she continues to tend to the household and the daily demands of life. Witnessing her efforts offers an intimate and authentic glimpse into the lives of nomadic families—a life defined by empathy, hard work, and the deep bond shared among family members. The presence of Fariba, Zahra, and Mr. Gholam-Shah adds even more warmth and beauty to this video.
