Shortwave Radiogram #465 Sept 9 2026 on 15770Khz Shortwave Radio R8600

Here is my decode of the Shortwave Radiogram broadcast today on 15770Khz shortwave radio at 1330UTC in MFSK32 and 64 with 12 SSTV images. There is news of Finland's new plusbus changes name to plusbussi and Hormuz mine clearance "not sufficient". The music is muted to avoid copyright hit. Signal was mostly clear and there were few decoding errors. The broadcast was received in Toronto using my Icom IC-R8600 radio and decoded with the Linux version of Fldigi.
