R166 Minitrix Santa Fe F7 Loco

This loco in Santa Fe livery, was purchased as a 'non-runner' from Ebay. The clues 'red-flagged' a botched repair attempt, namely, broken cow-catcher, wrongly placed couplers (the longer one was to the back) and, of course the misplacement of the brass bearing for the worm screw! However, these were soon sorted to give a nicely running locomotive. (Then my camera failed to record some later scenes.) Enjoy my (often self-induced) struggles!
