It was super crunchy on the outside, fatty, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I also made spicy black bean noodles and mixed in some Buldak sauce to make them EXTRA HOT 🔥🥵. The noodles became so spicy that I couldn’t keep adding more Buldak sauce 😂🌶️! The melted cheese helped balance the heat while adding an amazing creamy flavor. The homemade spicy kimchi, tomato achar, and fresh green chillies made every bite even more flavorful and satisfying 😍❤️. This combination of crispy pork, spicy noodles, kimchi, achar, and chillies was absolutely incredible!
