The 2027 Kia EV3 starts at $29,890 in the U.S., before a $1,495 destination fee. But that price is for the entry-level Light trim, with an EPA-estimated range of 221 miles. The 321-mile version costs more. We look at each trim, the lease and cash offers, and how the EV3 compares with the Chevrolet Bolt and the Nissan Leaf.
