SOLVED! 2005 Focus ZX3 High IDLE | P2004 | P2006. What is the IRCV and is it WORKING

High idle and P2004 code. I show you what I found on my 2005 focus zx3 to be the issues. Plus you will watch the IRCV motor/actuator operate normally and/also when it's stuck in the OPEN position throwing the P2004 error.
