Heritage Day | Acapella group 'The Soil' introduces new lead vocalist Theo Matshoba

After nearly 20 years of being a tight, powerful acapella group, The Soil has decided to let go of their soulful vocalist Buhlebendalo Mda and introduce Theo Matshoba as their new lead vocalist. The group's inception came about in 2003 when all the members met in Tikelo Secondary School during jam sessions. Back then the group was known as 'Particles of the Soil' and consisted of more than 4 members. As the years progressed, some members departed due to other engagements. With 5 albums already under their belts, the group is set to release a new album with tour dates due to be announced soon.
