The last shore of Solmara. North of here there is only the sea and the ice. And tonight, over the edge of the world, the sky has caught fire in green and violet. 🌿 New chapter every day — subscribe to walk with Wren and Ash:    / @talesofsolmara   Ten days ago they came down out of the Ember Vale and saw the northern sea for the first time. Since then they have walked the whole of this coast — the fishing village, the seal rocks, the storm on the headland, the candles on All Hallows' Eve, the kelp gatherers, the old chapel in the mist, the gannet cliffs, the bothy fire. Tonight the road finally ran out. There is nowhere left to walk. So they stopped on a flat rock at the water's edge, at the very end of the land, and waited for it to get dark. And then the lights came. They rose out of the north in long slow curtains, green and pale violet, rippling across the whole sky as though a wind were blowing through them. The sea is so still tonight that it holds every one of them — the sky above, and the sky again below, and the two of them standing small and quiet in between. The map of the northern shore is finished. Wren drew the last line this afternoon. Tonight she isn't drawing anything at all. Ash has stopped fidgeting for the first time all week. He is just watching, with his ears forward and his tail curled round his feet. Thank you for walking the northern shore with us. Welcome back, traveler. Stay as long as the lights last. ──────────────────────────── 🎵 ABOUT THIS MUSIC Gentle celtic fantasy music that drifts and returns like changing scenery along the road — an expressive fiddle, a soft tin whistle, a quiet celtic harp, and a warm acoustic guitar, each leading in its own turn. Around 34 BPM, very slow and unhurried, with long silences between phrases. Pure music only — no ambient sounds, for undistracted focus. ──────────────────────────── 🎧 GOOD FOR ✦ Deep work and study sessions ✦ Reading, writing and creative work ✦ Quiet nights and falling asleep ✦ D&D, journaling, or simply resting ──────────────────────────── 🌿 Tales of Solmara is a world told through music. Each video is one chapter of Wren and Ash's journey to map the sunlit kingdom of Solmara. New chapter every day.
