FXR Tour 2026 MeeMaw Update!

🏁 FXR FRIDAY — IT’S FINALLY TIME TO BUILD THIS THING! 🏁 For months, MeeMaw has been a pile of ideas, parts, paint, powder, carbon fiber, boxes, phone calls, favors and a whole lot of “what am I forgetting?” 😂 But this week we officially crossed the line from planning and parts collection into ASSEMBLY. The frame is finally home, and Ronnie and Derek at DR Custom Coatings absolutely killed it. Ronnie wasn’t letting that frame leave until it was 100% show quality—and it shows. I picked up the neck bearings from Harley, got the hardware hunt underway, and the neck bearings and triple trees are going on. From here, MeeMaw starts becoming a motorcycle again one bolt at a time. And believe me… there are a LOT of bolts. 😂 Now the clock is officially our enemy. The FXR Tour kicks off in October, so Dad and I are about to be in full thrash mode getting this 1993 FXR Convertible back together, figuring out what we’re missing as we go, fixing the inevitable problems, and turning the pile of parts in my garage into the motorcycle I’ve had pictured in my head all year. Carbon fiber. Purple. Black. Gold. Stainless. A little Raven inspiration. And a whole lot of MeeMaw personality. I also have to give another shoutout to Mike at Ace Graphics for helping solve our brake-caliper emblem problem. Instead of throwing another standard Bar & Shield into that little circular space, we went with the Team Titans logo—a subtle nod back to Raven and the inspiration behind the color palette for this build. There are a lot of people who have had a hand in getting MeeMaw this far, and I haven’t forgotten any of you. As this thing comes together, I’m going to make sure everyone gets their flowers. Now comes the fun part. 🔧 One bolt at a time. 🏍️ One motorcycle by October. 🟣 Destination: FXR Tour & Born Free Texas.
