Trisha's €120k Sea View Win in Playa Machaca | Sophie's Villa Gamble

Sun, sea and two big decisions. Sharon and Steve show Trisha a Playa Machaca apartment with a jaw-dropping terrace and price that stops her in her tracks, while Sophie tempts the Wade family with a bigger Benimar villa that edges past their budget. From a modern penthouse in Via Ricos to a wildcard inland investment, Trisha’s hunt shifts the moment she steps onto that balcony. There’s a standout quote, a surprise price reveal, and one hilarious microwave birthday cake detour you won’t forget. Up the coast, Linda and Manuel sneak off to Calpe as Charlotte and Sophie juggle phones, kids and clients. The Wades weigh a sleek new build against a homely bungalow before a private-pool villa changes the game — but the bank has its own say. If you love Spanish property hunts, coastal views, and real family dynamics, this episode is packed with wow moments, tough trade-offs, and a decision that could be life-changing. Watch to see which homes steal their hearts — and which offers make it to the table. #SunSeaSellingHouses #SpanishProperty #Almeria #Alicante #SeaViewApartment #Benimar #CasasManuel
