I STOOD UP!

Thanks to the Easy Stand frame, I can finally stand up at home whenever I want. Also, progress has been slow, but it is coming along. I was able to try a new technology called the Motus Nova in rehab. It is a boot that goes around my foot and can detect movement down to 1%. So, when I use it, I can push my foot down or up, and it moves my foot with my attempts. I also talk about how this past weekend of waves left me feeling bummed about my injury, but I know I have to push through, and you all are a huge help in keeping me positive!
