DANGEROUS ThyssenDover Hydraulic Elevator - San Mateo Caltrain Station - San Mateo, CA

[Recorded 6-16-21] Bruh, what the actual f**k??? This elevator has MAJOR issues, one of which will eventually kill this elevator if it's not fixed soon. The car doesn't slow down to level on the top floor. It just keeps going until there's no more piston left. I think that's why there's a super hard jolt. On top of that issue, the leveling speed in the down direction is overkill. The door operator is also dying and can barely manage to reopen the doors if you stop it mid-way as it's closing. Not to mention the absolutely gnarly fixtures and cab. What a piece of JUNK! Oh also, there is a Dover Impulse serving the other platform that just WOULD NOT cooperate. It would respond to our calls but then proceed to just sit on the floors without opening.
