Dr. Eggman AND Starline are ACTUALLY Dumb | Sonic IDW Imposter Syndrome Issue 2

Dr Eggman and Starline are an aggravating bunch in IDW. While Starline may just be incompetant, Dr. Eggman is quite possibly one of the most illogical characters in IDW. Instead of considering how an Empire would ACTUALLY work in a series, IDW opts to just make Eggman an extremely low IQ character who lacks forethought, planning, and even..well.. logic. The fact that Eggman even RUNS an Empire all on his own is NOTHING short of a miracle. It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that this empire has gone anyway. I guess if you make him useless enough, nobody will notice how it makes no sense, and not question it.... which is where I come in....
