New Adaptive Playground opens at The Midland School

Students are enjoying exploring The Midland School's new playground, every feature offers an opportunity for meaningful growth. Stairs and parallel bars support functional mobility and physical and occupational therapy goals, while swings, the momentum corridor, and accessible movement equipment encourage balance, coordination, core strength, and spatial awareness. Interactive sensory stations invite students to explore textures, colors, movement, and cause and effect, sparking curiosity and imagination. We look forward to seeing our students benefit from the power of play for many years to come!
