DAY 6🕊 | CONTROL RESONANT 😉 | 4070TI PC | 4K HDR OLED GAMING

Welcome to the stream! Today we are diving into the weird, paranormal world of Control. If you are just joining us and want to know what is going on, here is a quick crash course on the story so far: 🔦 The "Prequel" Connection (Alan Wake & The RCU) Control takes place in the "Remedy Connected Universe." The events of the 2010 game Alan Wake—where a horror author's writing physically altered reality in a small town—serve as a spiritual prequel to this game. The agency we are exploring today actually investigated the Alan Wake incident as an "Altered World Event" (AWE). Keep an eye out for massive easter eggs and crossovers! 🏢 The Setting: The Oldest House & The FBC We are inside the "Oldest House"—a brutalist, shape-shifting, windowless skyscraper in New York City. It is the secret headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC), a government agency that investigates and contains paranormal phenomena. 🦸‍♀️ Our Protagonist: Jesse Faden We play as Jesse. She has spent her life searching for her kidnapped brother, Dylan, which led her to the FBC. Upon arriving, the Director mysteriously died, and the House magically appointed Jesse as the new Director. She now wields the "Service Weapon," a supernatural gun that changes shape. 🔻 The Enemy: The Hiss The building has been invaded by an otherworldly, corrupted resonance called "The Hiss." It possesses the FBC agents, suspends them in mid-air, and chants a creepy, endless incantation. Our job is to cleanse the building, find Jesse’s brother, and survive the weirdness. Enjoy the stream!
