I've been struggling with some pretty nasty elbow pain as a result of the gym, particularly on the inside of my elbow. I suspected it might be tennis elbow or golfer's elbow, so I decided to visit a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner to see what could be done about it. I wasn't sure what treatment to expect… but I certainly wasn't prepared for what came next. After examining my arm, the practitioner decided to use acupuncture, inserting multiple needles into my arm and around the painful areas. And believe me, some of those needles REALLY hurt!
