BLACK SILK, EMPTY POCKETS | Over 1 Hour of Blues | After Hours: Black Silk Recut

Black silk on the shoulders. Empty pockets when the night is over. Welcome to AFTER HOURS: BLACK SILK RECUT. For the next 75 minutes, Marlow Everblue takes you back to the roads where the lights burn low, the whiskey sits quietly on the counter and every guitar has another story to tell. This is blues after closing time. Old roads. Smoke-filled rooms. Broken promises. Good people. Bad decisions. Memories that refuse to leave. And that familiar feeling that sometimes only the blues understands. BLACK SILK, EMPTY POCKETS is not about wealth. It is about everything money cannot buy. A story. A memory. A loyal friend beside you. A road you have travelled a hundred times. And music that somehow keeps you alive when everything else feels empty. This After Hours recut was made as one continuous late-night journey through dark blues, soul and American roots atmosphere. No rush. No glitter. No perfect people. Just another road. Another night. Another story. Turn the lights down. Pour yourself something good. And let the blues stay awhile. – Marlow Everblue #blues #darkblues #soulblues #marloweverblue #blacksilkemptypockets #afterhours #latenightblues #southernblues #mississippiblues #rootsblues #bluesmusic #americanroots
