Wing drone deliveries: Drone Girl places her first Walmart order via drone

Drone delivery dreams do come true! Despite having covered this drone industry for more than 10 years, I only just now got my first-ever drone delivery! Come with me for a full behind-the-scenes tour of one of the Wing Nest facilities located at a Walmart store in Fort Worth. Since I don’t live in Texas, I just picked a random, public field to send it to, and I had a couple orders sent — Powerade for the hot, Texas heat, and a glass jar to test if it arrived in tact.
