Temporal Stasis 1.0 Old School MTG Deck Tech

Here is my first version of an Old School 93/94 deck using the updated Restricted List for Atlantic and Swedish rule sets, Temporal Stasis! This build started with my final versions of Turbo Stasis where the plan was to aggressively lock down the board with Stasis/Winter Orb and chew up the opponent with Black Vise. This build plays a similar strategy but with so many Time Vaults "unlocked" it can play a more aggressive combo strategy and bypass even more of the control cards needed to buy time for a lockdown.
