Lifeboat Mona

"Lifeboat Mona" is a folk ballad written by American-born British singer-songwriter Peggy Seeger. It immortalizes the tragic December 8, 1959, shipwreck of the Scottish lifeboat Mona from Broughty Ferry, which capsized in St Andrews Bay with the loss of all eight crew members during a fierce storm while attempting to rescue a drifting lightship. Quite a challenging one to sing so I hope I did it justice, check out the Luke Kelly version if this one tickles your fancy.
