The 400+Hp 135i CSL that BMW should have built

The E82 BMW 135i offers a great basis for upgrades with its 3.0L inline 6 turbocharged engine. Stock, it makes 306hp. Alex decided to do some light engine tuning, along with some very heavy suspensions mods resulting in the perfect clubsport. Is this the E82 CSL that BMW should have built?
