Great TOMAHAWK - possible flaw? CRKT Kangee!

My review of the CRKT Kangee! Spent half a day in the heat beating this Tomahawk until I could not throw anything else at it. And the verdict....it is a great Tomahawk. I can really see and appreciate the design on the Kangee which was created by Ryan Johnson of RMJ tactical. And you can see that even before you get the Tomahawk in your hands. Honest thoughts. It would not be my first axe or tomahawk I would grab for chopping. As you can see, the handle is designed where it sweeps inward towards the cutting edge. That means unless you want to smash your knuckles or hands, you will have to over rotate the tomahawk head for chopping causing the toe of the bit to take most of the force. Maybe with harder wood or pulling the Tomahawk left or right, it could snap the toe off. Just my opinion. Now using the Tomahawk for tactical use like maybe breaching, slashing, cutting or even maybe survival makes sense. But where this Kangee from CRKT really shines is axe throwing. It feels more like a tactical axe in hand but when thrown this tomahawk performs like a traditional tomahawk does. Rotates nicely in the air and where this tomahawk performs the best in my opinion is for distance. Throwing this tomahawk was just a great experience. The design of the Kangee, even though it has some handle design issues, was something that I actually really like. The cutting edge they designed into the top of the tomahawk head was brilliant for axe throwing. I've done this before with thin steel axe heads and it takes a typical or normal axe and makes it more versatile. Having a cutting edge, a long edge on the top of the axe head paired with a spike on the back is kind of a axe throwers dream. The CRKT Kangee is very versatile, maneuverable and an all around great tomahawk if you use it the right way. I think anyone with a little skill can utilize this tomahawk and have a great time using it. Edge retention was good for SK5 steel, the grip panels gave a great grip even when my hands were wet from sweating in the heat, and the Kangee is built for abuse.
