Biolab is a classic sci-fi themed "Zen Originals" table available in Pinball FX3, originally designed by Imre "Emeric" Szigeti for Zen Studios. The table features a wacky mad-scientist theme wrapped in a jazzy, upbeat soundtrack. Players are tasked with conducting genetic experiments, rescuing a creature from containment, and enhancing its abilities through various upgrades. Core Gameplay & Missions The primary objective of the table revolves around completing four main upgrade missions to evolve your creature: Brains Upgrade: A mini video game mode featuring a rotating maze. Wisdom Upgrade: Requires the player to carefully time and execute three precision plunger skillshots using the table's power meter. Muscle Upgrade: A high-intensity shooting mode where you must hit target banks before the creature's stamina bar drops to zero. Reflex Upgrade: A challenging two-ball multiball mode configured on a tight layout. Wizard Mode: Perfect Organism Once all four upgrades are successfully completed, the final Wizard Mode—Perfect Organism—is unlocked. This chaotic finale is split into four progressive stages: System Reboot: The creature escapes containment, the lab computers go haywire, and active table magnets dynamically warp the ball's physics. Players must hit specific orbits to reboot the lab. Cookie Theft: Steal a vulnerable cookie jar by executing a direct shot into the mutation sinkhole. The Escape: Evade the chasing mad scientist and nurse by clearing both ramps. Sewer Exit: Complete the escape mini-playfield to safely guide the ball into the left apron tube, completing the table cycle.
