Durga | Shadaj Godkhindi ft Aniruddh Aithal & Roopak Kallurkar | Parampara Vol II

DURGA | Parampara Vol. II As we approach Dussehra, I’m very happy to share “Durga”, the second release from Parampara Vol II! Raag Durga carries within it a sense of strength, purity and celebration — a reminder of the eternal triumph of light over darkness, of goodness over evil. What better time to share this music than during the festival that celebrates that very spirit. For this rendition, Aniruddh Aithal and I have composed a new Tarana in Raag Durga, followed by an old traditional Bandish. In bringing these two together, we wanted to create a small bridge between what has been passed down to us and what we are creating today — a conversation between tradition and our own musical voice. “Durga” is our offering for this festive season — a celebration of strength, light, joy and the enduring spirit of goodness. May this music bring a little light into your world. 🎵 Durga From Parampara Vol. II Vocals: Aniruddh Aithal Composition: Shadaj Godkhindi & Aniruddh Aithal Tabla: Roopak Kallurkar Raag: Durga Videography & Editing : Sharat Holla (Suhfecto) #Durga #ParamparaVolII #RaagDurga #Dussehra #ShadajGodkhindi #AniruddhAithal #RoopakKallurkar #HindustaniClassical #IndianClassicalMusic #Tarana #Bandish
