Those were days filled with constant mental noise—nights where turning off the lights didn't mean resting, but facing something far heavier. This song was born out of a desperate need to let it all out: the silent war between wanting to quiet my own mind, and the urge to scream just to prove that I'm still here, still standing despite the storm within.
