ATTACK! INTRUDER ATTACKS STORKLETS! PARENT JOINS IN?

Intruder attacks storklets. this one had me a bit confused. I'm not positive but I think one of them was a parent and joined in on the attack with the intruder. At one point you can hear one of the parents nearby chattering but never comes to help them.
