“Mommy… Play Our Song,” She Said—The CEO Froze at the Song He Wrote for His First Love 16 Years Ago

“Mommy… Play Our Song,” She Said—The CEO Froze at the Song He Wrote for His First Love 16 Years Ago follows Arthur Vale, a guarded technology CEO whose carefully controlled world cracks when a young girl calls an old melody “our song.” The tune leads him back to Daphne Jessup, the first love he thought had vanished from his life, and to a coastal arts center fighting to survive. As a court-supervised copyright dispute exposes hidden letters, buried grief, and a family history neither expected to face, Arthur must choose between ownership and accountability. With a threatened acquisition, a treasured cassette, and a daughter seeking emotional safety, this restrained second-chance drama explores whether love can be rebuilt through ordinary promises instead of grand declarations.
