Sweet Maria's customer, David Almond cooked up this minimal but functional kitchen coffee roaster. Sure, chaff and smoke are free to roam but it's an awesome roaster considering you can probably build one for a few bucks in under an hour. This is actually an upgrade from David's original invention that roasted half the amount.
