In this powerful message, we explore Hebrews 9:16-22, a passage that reveals a profound spiritual truth: a covenant requires the death of the one who made it, and "without shedding of blood is no remission." This teaching unpacks the legal and spiritual weight of covenant, showing how the Old Testament sacrificial system — with Moses sprinkling blood on the book, the people, and the tabernacle — pointed forward to the ultimate covenant sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ. This message examines why blood was central to every covenant in Scripture, how the first covenant was dedicated and purified through sacrifice, and why Jesus' death was not just an act of love but a legal necessity to activate the New Covenant on our behalf. We'll explore what it means to live under a covenant that has already been ratified by His blood — and the confidence that gives us before God. 🔑 What you'll learn in this video: ✅ Why a covenant (or will/testament) requires the death of the testator ✅ The significance of Moses sprinkling blood on the book and the people ✅ How the Old Covenant sacrificial system points to Christ's sacrifice ✅ The meaning of "without shedding of blood is no remission" ✅ Why Jesus' death legally and spiritually activated the New Covenant ✅ How to walk in confidence knowing your covenant with God is sealed Whether you want a deeper understanding of covenant theology, the significance of the blood of Jesus, or how the Old Testament connects to your New Covenant relationship with God, this message will deepen your faith and appreciation for what Christ accomplished on your behalf. 🙏 If this message deepened your understanding of God's Word, please LIKE this video, SUBSCRIBE for more Bible teachings, and SHARE it with someone who needs to understand the power of the New Covenant.
