Improving a Suzuki Splash, Swift, Vauxhall Agila steering rack

My Agila steering rack was too stiff and the problem appears to be old grease leading to poor lubrication. Swapped mine for a lower mileage one which helped but still wasn't great. However I put soem new grease on and it's slowly got much better. So here's how to add some new grease to yours.
