Lausanne Marathon 2024

Lausanne Marathon (27.10.2024) My first video of a road marathon. It's not that I don't run them (I did 4 last year, 3 in a 7-week period), just that I don't normally video them. I made an exception for Lausanne as the scenery can be stunning. Incredible crowd support. Unfortunately the GoPro battery faded at km 41, so I did not capture the crowds in the final kilometer. I'll remember the day fondly, if not the result :-) Chapters ======== 00:00 Intro 00:21 Route Map & Profile 00:30 Awaiting the Start 00:51 Crossing the Start Line 04:35 Half-way 08:12 Finish Line 08:24 T-Shirt & Medal 08:32 End Music ===== The following are free for use under the Pixabay Content License: "Just Relax" (11157) by Music_for_Video "Lovely Evening (soft piano music)" (250820) by Calvin Clavier The following is free for use under the Chosic creative common license: "Your Story" by MusicbyAden |   / musicbyaden   Music promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/ Creative Commons CC BY-SA 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...
