The Mondeo 2000-2007 (and maybe others) has a common water leak in the doors, particularly the rears, that stems from the designed drain flow through the inside of the door. To fix it you need to patch up the weather membrane behind the door card. To get the card off you need Torx T25 driver Pozi driver Pry tools To re-seal the membrane if the factory butyl is no good you'll need new butyl or maybe silicone sealant.
