Rex Infernus Round 100 Duo Hardcore Boss Fight

My friends voice didn't get captured because technology has to be difficult, but at least there is 2 uploads in 1 year :) This round 100 boss is bonkers in regards to how much harder it feels, it gave me flashbacks to Mephistopheles. I tried solo and got rocked so had to bring in the big guns ‪@DatCosplayGrill‬ I was meant to have the augments "Double or nothing" and "Equivalent exchange" on but forgot i didn't have them equipped before loading in, so i had dying wish that got barely any value and was missing a lot of DPS. Also got so many downs but still won so that is what matters :) A few tips for this fight I think the boss has a mechanic similar to Zursa where running up to him while stunned sometimes will cancel the stun and make him instantly attack you, cancelling a very ideal dps moment. keep a little distance Throw kazimir right before you blow up the skull with the echo so zombies don't mess you up If you have no armour, either use frenzy if boss is on you or throw kazi near edge of map and jump off, as warden will alternatively 1 hit you with like every attack. When you respawn, run through kazi for plates (can be a risky strat but keep it in mind) Red portal things that float and drop the bombs on you will only leave you on 1 hp and not kill you, prioritise what is infront of you that can kill you if it gets you low If in coop you should have plenty of kazimirs per phase if used right so dont be afraid to use them. in solo you have to use them very optimally though. Grapple to an area with no tentacle on the floor if you want to shoot the shadow souls, this gives you time to shoot them before the zombies catch up If in coop, absolutely get all the eternal perks and run ballistic knife, when pap'd you can shoot a teammate to revive them from afar A mistake i made was not bringing a pistol to shoot the red skulls when i was down, putting more pressure on cosplay to revive. (i think skulls weak to dead wire too so put that on pistol) For the round 100 we camped just to the left of stamin up outside Nyxaras temple, other places to camp outside her house are by the drop down next to world tree (bad for ammo crate) and by the crafting bench in Veytharion's temple (spam ion cores if you are here, makes echo 1 shot more often since they are weakened).
