In this week’s Japan silent vlog, we begin our adventure at Parco Department Store, making our way through its many specialty shops and discovering some of Japan’s most beloved pop culture treasures. What’s wild is that we do all this without stepping a single foot outside of the station! But before the shopping begins, we enjoy a satisfying meal of delicious tendon tempura bowl at Sandaime Jigemonton. As we continue exploring, we stop by the Capcom Store Ikebukuro to check out their Street Fighter merchandise, before visiting the Evangelion, Ultraman and Star Wars stores to see what special finds await us. We also make our way to Chiikawa Land, browsing the adorable world of Chiikawa and its collection of character goods, before heading over to Jump Shop for even more anime merchandise inspired by some of our favorite series. To wrap up our shopping day, we finish with a visit to the newly opened Yodobashi Camera, to explore its impressive selection of electronics, pop culture souvenirs, and capsule toy selections before calling it a day.
