Daya is not just as a quality of God, but as the supreme Goddess (Dayaadevi)—personified as a consort of the Lord who sits alongside or even above Sri (Lakshmi), Bhoomi, and Neela. It explains that God’s cosmic functions of creation, protection, and liberation are all driven and softened by His Daya, acting as a protective armor that shields devotees from their sins.
