Interview 03 Azad Singh, Pune to Mumbai through express way.

This is a tribute to the drivers of India on the occasion of "Driver Day" I met Azad travelling from Pune to Mumbai. True to his name, free spirited driver who caught me off guard with his knowledge about driving conditions, speed driving and pressure to perform. I am bowled by his candidness and would request all of you to take note of the challenges a Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle driver faces. We can sit comfy in our luxury car zipping past an overloaded lorry hurling abuses at the drivers, cursing the rickety machines we witness, but we should sympathize with the stress and pressure to perform and deliver, well literally, that these guyz are subjected to. It is my small attempt to make a change to their life by creating awareness about supplemental retardation that adds to safety of trucks. On this day, I salute all the drivers who carry (unknowingly and passively) the burden of economic growth on your strong shoulders. Drive safe! Drive Responsibly! Jai Hind!
