Nauticat 38 S/Y Nina cold and windy Easter sailing trip 2024

Going on a five day trip aboard S/Y Nina, our beloved old Nauticat 38 built in 1980. The weather forecast didn’t give us much hope for warm and nice weather but for us it’s always a positive thing to stay on the boat. Nauticats are built for the northern areas with their proper wheelhouses. It turned out to be a pretty blustery few days, cold northerly winds most days at 7-14 m/s or around 15-25 knots. Sailing was great despite of the cold, the diesel heater was running 24/7 and we spent 2 nights in harbours and 3 nights on anchor. Hope you enjoy the film🙂
