Day 1 on the Rubicon Trail — and we did it in a stock 2026 Jeep Rubicon X. No lift, no mods, just the way it came from the factory. The Rubicon is one of the toughest off-road trails in America — about 22 miles of granite slabs, boulder fields, and rock crawling through the Sierra Nevada, from Georgetown to Lake Tahoe. Everybody says you need a built rig to finish it. We took a stock Rubicon X and ran the whole trail over 3 days. This is day 1 — the first climbs, the first rocks, and the start of the trail.
