"Pensive" - Giant Step, Benny Soebardja, Bob Dook

Great 1970's song by the talented Indonesian progressive rock group, "Giant Step". While preferred music of the time was ballads, this legendary band led by Benny Soebardja, was influential in moving the country's music scene forward. "Pensive" is a complex song and is considered by some to be the band's best. "Pensive" was recently re-released by Strawberry Rain Music as part its collection "The Lizard Years". Originally recorded on the "Gimme a Piece of Gut Rock" album, which is considered to be one of the best independent albums ever to come out of Indonesia.
