Follow boxed directions or make from scratch. add that on top of the Cream Cheese Layer. Third Layer: 2 c. pumpkin ½ c. milk 3 egg yolks ½ t. salt ½ c. white sugar 1½ t. cinnamon Mix together. Boil till it thickens, then add 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin dissolved in ¼ c. water. When cold add 3 beaten egg whites and ¼ c. white sugar. Put on top of cheese mixture.
