Its name is a parody of Italy, where Ferraris are made. The Progen Itali GTB Custom is a custom vehicle featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Import/Export update, released on January 10th, 2017, during the Itali GTB Week event. As the vehicle is essentially an Itali GTB modified for motorsport, it is based on the McLaren 650S GT3 and 570S GT4/Sprint.
