getting the sick tickle out with chhinkni (it worked!)

some of you asked for more sick stuff so I have obliged. I was debating trying to induce some sneezes out at some point anyway because my nose is just sooo tickly but I can't ever get the sneezes out unless I induce them, or so it seems. the chhinkni worked wonders this time around, and I didn't even have to induce all of these for a change! still coughing while I write this too, as soon as I wake up my throat and lungs decide it's time to try and forcefully eject themselves from my body, it really hurts and it's super annoying. anyway enjoy
