A KPI is a visual indicator that quickly shows how actual measures are performing against targets. With KPIs, you can customize the various states, such as background color and icon to be used. Once you have defined at least one KPI, you can then create a KPI Watchlist and integrate it into your dashboard. You can then create analyses and agents based on a KPI in your watchlist.
