This is a brief view of Outokumpu’s city centre and its environs. A small quiet beautiful town situated in the Northern Karelia region, just 92km east of Kuopio and 48km west of Joensuu. It is very common to find pictures and videos of big cities on social media platforms, but… where are the small cities and towns?
