SM City Davao Update as of August 28, 2026! Special Voiceover!

Hi guys, I’m here to show you the progress of the SM City Davao as of August 28, 2026. The National University(NU) Davao has now officially started the school year 2026-2027, and they have senior high school offerings and college programs. They already installed the parking light status inside the parking building so that it will be easier to check if it is vacant or occupied for the parking spaces. So far, many establishments have already opened in the expansion wing building. If you notice that some of their existing building exteriors, including the annex they begun to be renovated to connect to the design of the expansion wing. Aside from the SM City Davao update there is a Mercury Drug Store just beside the mall and rumored to be the first drive-thru in Mindanao. For Hotel 101 Davao was soft opened last July 30, 2026 based on the updates from the sources. Since my Davao City updates reached 8 years, I made major changes in my video content, including intro, font designs, outro, etc. I added my voiceover in some parts of this video so that you will hear my voice and more convenient to watch my videos.
